AgileBase

Privacy Policy

This site has no forms, no cookies and no analytics. What remains is server logs and any email you choose to send, and this policy describes both exactly.

Effective date: 21 September 2026

1. Who is responsible for this site

This website, agilebase.online, is published and operated by:

  • MSMM-ZLK s.r.o.
  • Bělehradská 185/5, Nusle, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic
  • Company number: 17819580
  • VAT: CZ17819580
  • info@agilebase.online

MSMM-ZLK s.r.o. decides what appears on this site and how any personal information connected with it is handled. This policy is written with reference to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, because the site is written for readers in Australia, and with reference to the General Data Protection Regulation, because the publisher is established in the European Union. Section 11 covers the second of those.

2. What this site collects

Through the website itself, nothing. There is no form, no newsletter, no account, no quiz, no chat widget and no input field of any kind on any page. No cookies are set. No analytics service, advertising tag, conversion pixel or third-party script runs on this site, and no fonts or images are loaded from another company's servers.

Two things exist regardless, and they are the whole of what this policy has to describe.

2.1 Server logs

The hosting provider that serves this website records ordinary web server access logs. Each entry contains the IP address the request came from, the user agent string the browser sent, the address of the page or file requested, the response code and the date and time. These logs are created automatically by the web server; they are not analytics, they are not linked to any identifier this site has assigned, and no profile is built from them.

2.2 Email you send

If you write to info@agilebase.online, the publisher receives your email address, whatever name you sign with, the content of your message and any technical headers your mail provider attaches. Nothing obliges you to include more than you wish to.

3. Why each category is held

Purpose and basis for each category of information
CategoryPurposeBasis
Server logs Keeping the site available, diagnosing faults, and identifying abuse such as automated attacks The publisher's legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website
Email correspondence Reading and answering your message, and keeping a record of corrections raised The publisher's legitimate interest in responding to correspondence it has been sent

Neither category is used for marketing. Neither is sold, rented, or disclosed for any commercial purpose. No decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made about anyone using automated processing, because no such processing happens here.

4. How long information is kept

  • Server logs: retained by the hosting provider for up to 30 days from the date of the request, then deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course of log rotation. Where a specific log entry forms part of an investigation into abuse, that extract may be kept for up to 12 months.
  • Email correspondence: kept for up to 24 months from the date of the last message in the exchange, then deleted. Correspondence that forms part of a correction record may be kept for the life of the page it relates to, with the sender's contact details removed once the correction is made.

5. Who else sees it, and where they are

One category of recipient exists: the hosting provider that operates the servers this site runs on, which necessarily processes requests to the site and holds the access logs described above. It acts on the publisher's instructions and does not use the data for its own purposes.

No other organisation receives anything. There is no analytics provider, no advertising network with a tag on this site, no email marketing platform, no content delivery network and no font service. The advertising network through which the affiliate arrangement described on the affiliate disclosure page is administered receives nothing from this site; if you follow a paid link, your browser makes a request to that network's own address, and what happens after you leave this site is governed by the privacy policies of the network and the vendor, not by this one.

5.1 Cross-border disclosure (Australian Privacy Principle 8)

The publisher is established in the Czech Republic and the hosting infrastructure serving this site is located outside Australia, in Europe. Personal information described in this policy is therefore disclosed to and held by recipients outside Australia, in the European Union. By continuing to use this site you should understand that this cross-border disclosure occurs, and that overseas recipients are subject to the data protection law of their own jurisdiction rather than to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and the server is encrypted. Administrative access to the hosting account and to the mailbox behind info@agilebase.online is limited to the publisher and protected by unique credentials and multi-factor authentication where the provider supports it. No personal information is stored in any database on this site, because the site has none: it consists of static files.

No security measure is absolute, and the publisher does not claim otherwise. The scale of what is held here — server logs and a mailbox — is itself the principal protection.

7. Your rights and how to use them

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may ask for access to personal information the publisher holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Write to info@agilebase.online. A response will be sent within 30 days. There is no charge.

In practice, the publisher usually holds nothing about a reader at all. If you have written to the publisher, what is held is that correspondence. If you have only read the site, the publisher cannot connect you to a server log entry without information you would have to supply.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which handles privacy complaints and explains the process on its own site at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints. The OAIC generally expects a complaint to be raised with the organisation first.

8. Data breaches

If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual whose personal information is involved, the publisher will assess it promptly and, where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as that scheme requires.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children, is not designed to appeal to them, and collects nothing from anyone. The publisher does not knowingly hold personal information about a person under 16. If you believe a child has sent personal information to the address above, write to the publisher and it will be deleted.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version is published at this address with a new effective date at the top. Material changes — the introduction of any cookie, script, form or analytics, none of which exists today — would be accompanied by the corresponding change to the cookie policy and, where consent is required, by a consent mechanism put in place before anything is set. There is no mailing list to notify, because none is collected.

11. European and United Kingdom readers

The publisher is established in the Czech Republic, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to its processing. The legal basis for both categories described in section 3 is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): operating a secure website, and answering correspondence. No consent basis is relied on, because the site sets no cookies and performs no tracking that would require consent. No special category data is processed.

Data subjects have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests go to info@agilebase.online and are answered within one month. A complaint may be made to the Czech supervisory authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, or to the supervisory authority of the member state where you live. Readers in the United Kingdom have equivalent rights under the UK GDPR and may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
